Terms of Stay

These terms govern reservations made through https://altrove.io and stays at Altrove. By booking, you accept these terms.

Reservations

• A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking; the balance is settled at check-out.
• Rates include breakfast for the booked occupancy. Additional guests are billed separately.
• Government taxes (currently 18% GST) apply to all stays.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows are charged the full first night.

Check-in / check-out

Check-in begins at 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Early check-in may be arranged based on housekeeping readiness.

On the property

• Altrove is a non-smoking property; designated outdoor zones are signposted.
• Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00 to honour the forest setting.
• Pets are not currently accommodated, except for service animals with prior notice.
• Children of all ages are welcome.

Liability

Activities such as treks, cycling, and forest walks involve natural risk. Guests participate at their own discretion. We carry standard liability cover and follow Indian hospitality industry safety practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
